  2.    MORAY V1.5                                         15th February 1994

  4.    After nearly six months, here is the next version of MORAY! The 
  5.    enthusiastic response and feedback from you all has made it all 
  6.    the more worthwhile.
  7.  
  8.    I have received many, many suggestions, enhancements, wish-lists and 
  9.    bug-reports, but unfortunately I can only work so fast (*real* work 
  10.    and other committments get in the way now and then).
  11.    I have managed to incorporate many suggestions in this release. Many 
  12.    of the other enhancements that are planned require a rewrite of the 
  13.    interface. This is a rather major undertaking and while I'm at it I 
  14.    plan to incorporate hooks for some other goodies I'm thinking about 
  15.    (yes, that includes animation, rendering and texturing<g>). Anyway, 
  16.    I didn't want to make you all wait that long, so this is a version 
  17.    to bridge the time to the next big version.

  19.    I am also pleased to announce that I have finally managed to compile 
  20.    MORAY with a protected mode compiler and thus registered users will 
  21.    receive a protected mode version.
  22.    The beta versions available on PCGnet (RayTech BBS, UK and TGA BBS, US) 
  23.    will also be protected mode versions. They are functionally *exactly* 
  24.    the same, except for memory usage<g>. It's getting to the stage where 
  25.    MORAY's code is just about becoming too large for a real mode version.

  44.      SYSFONTx.FNT - System Fonts for various resolutions

  48.    To install, just copy this ZIP to your harddisk in a directory like \MORAY
  49.    and unzip with the -d option (creating subdirectories).

  51.    If you are updating from V1.3, you will need to edit the [CONFIG] settings
  52.    in the MORAYPOV.CFG file. Note that you must extract this file, since it
  53.    has new fields to it.
